Wrapped Sugar

High-quality granulated sugar is dissolved in the appropriate melting pots of the Loaf Sugar Factory, filtered in special filtration devices, purified and then produced sugar syrup is added into the vacuum cooker and cooked in a fully closed system at a temperature of 75-85 ° C. Then cooked and condensed syrup is filled in molds and solidification process is carried out there. At the next stage, these molds are placed in centrifuges rotating at 550-600 times per minute, as a result of this rotation, whiteness of “Azərşəkər” Loaf Sugar is provided at the highest level (this process is based on centrifugal force). Then whole, conical shaped loaf sugar product is cut by cutting machines and packed, allowing the sugar to be dried. Throughout this process, no chemical additives are used, and all processes are conducted fully automatically in a closed environment.
